Around the topic of colour management, there is often a need for consultation that we cannot cover as part of our free telephone support.
We are happy to advise and assist on topics such as:
  • which proof profile is optimally suited to my requirements?
  • how should I prepare my data in InDesign and how do I export it?
  • A print job has gone wrong and you need someone to competently support you in troubleshooting?
  • You have received a PDF file, but are not sure whether it is print-ready?
  • An image turned out completely different in print than it appeared in Photoshop. You need support in finding the colour processing between Photoshop and the final print PDF to rule out errors from your software?
  •  You need someone to help you with complaints to formulate a competent letter to the printer or your service provider?
Billing is per 15 minutes for telephone, email and personal support at an hourly rate of EUR 110,- plus VAT.

High-precision colour sample creation of individual colours according to RGB / CMYK / LAB / HLC
High-precision colour swatch creation according to RGB / CMYK / LAB / HLC
We create extremely precise colour samples of your reference colours in all CMYK and RGB colour spaces, LAB and HLC colours. You receive the colour samples as a complete DIN A4 page with a filing strip containing information on the paper used, colour and measurement standard. Additionally, each sample is measured by hand spectrally and provided with a measurement report containing spectral CGATS data and a LAB comparison and deviation of achieved colour and ideal colour in Delta-E 2000.

Colour conversion of PDF print data via devicelink profile
We offer colour conversions via devicelink from ColorLogic from numerous RGB and CMYK standards to other CMYK standards for offset printing and gravure printing. After placing your order, you can upload your data via our website and receive the converted print data back no later than the next working day.
