since the beginning of October, UPS has been charging ‘peak season surcharges’ for every parcel, and currently all express delivery times are also being automatically adjusted backwards. DHL also states that delivery times are longer due to the high volume of shipments.
Please note:
If you need a shipment urgently, please order by express delivery.
Express shipments to be delivered before 12 noon will only be delivered before 2 p.m., shipments before 10.30 a.m. will only be delivered before 12 noon, and so on. Unfortunately, we have no influence over this.
UPS and DHL do not accept complaints about extended delivery times. Please only place an order if you can accept this.
Thank you for your understanding. The situation will improve noticeably again from 10 January onwards.
