For the visual comparison between the printing conditions Fogra 39 (ISOCoatedV2) and Fogra 51 (PSOCoatedV3) or the printing conditions Fogra 47 (PSOUncoated) and Fogra 52 (PSOUncoatedV3) we have created test forms, which you can order here as contract proofs. To match the test forms, you can download the appropriate PDF data for the test forms from our Proof Blog. With the test forms, you can see at any time the differences between the old and new printing conditions and check your output devices, monitor calibration and more.

An article always contains two test forms: Either the test forms Fogra 39/51 for coated or the test forms Fogra47/52 for uncoated paper.

All test forms are based on identical CMYK data. Differences in colour rendering can be attributed exclusively to different colour profiles and printing standards, differences in paper white and the proportion of optical brighteners. This allows you to compare the color output of old and new printing conditions and see what would happen if you print the identical data once according to old conditions and once according to new conditions without correction or alignment. Only the Gray Control Strip on each test form is adapted to the respective printing condition and is different in the grey areas.
